Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. has announced the release of the M&P4 rifle series specifically aimed at the military and law enforcement professional market.

These rifles are engineered for excellence across various applications and conditions, offering versatility and reliability in multiple configurations. The M&P4 rifles feature barrel lengths of 11.5 or 14.5 inches and include select-fire capabilities along with six-position buttstocks. Depending on the model, they can achieve effective ranges of up to 300 or 600 meters.

Designed for a wide range of professional applications, these rifles are easily customizable to meet user standards and are built for durability. The upper and lower receivers are made from 7075 aluminum with a black anodized finish, while the bore and chambers are chrome-lined to resist corrosion. Additional features include Picatinny rails for optics mounting, hinged trigger guards, chromed firing pins, mil-spec bolt carriers, and an ejection port dust cover.
